OBJECTIVES
For the purpose of this project, we decided to study the motivational climate of two companies namely,
KFC and Haldiram’s. Since motivational climate is a vast topic, we decided to set for ourselves a few objectives. They are as follows:
To find the importance of non-financial and financial incentives for the workforce.
To find if the companies sensitise to the employee’s resistance to change .
To learn about employee satisfaction regarding interpersonal relationships
- Relationship between superior and subordinate
- Relationship between subordinate and subordinate
We decided to keep the population size as 50 for KFC and 50 for Haldiram’s. Our population consisted of the workforce at the respective outlets.
The outlets that we targeted for KFC were:
1. KFC, Moti Nagar
