In pursuance to my graduate studies in Electrical engineering, I have discovered that it will help enlarge my knowledge of Electrical Engineering and the Technology behind electricity, hence my strong desire for Electrical Engineering. In addition to the vast potential of the masters program, it will give me opportunity of getting a better job anywhere in the world.
The world of Electrical Engineering is fast growing every day; it motivates me hence I decided to take engineering as a course, majoring in Electrical /Electronic Engineering in my Undergraduate Studies. With this strong desire, I was optimistic that in the near future I will be obtaining a Master Degree in this field. This I believed that the time has come. During my undergraduate program, I was exposed to various courses in Engineering and Management, having excellent results. In view of the excellent results obtained in these courses and the passion to achieve expertise in Electrical Engineering and to be part of the powerful technological workforce in my country, I am motivated to pursuing my master degree in Electrical engineering.
I also realize the importance attached to Electrical Engineering by the present administration in my country, and the search for Electrical Engineers in
Engineering/Industries. This is again, one of the motivational aspect that is propelling me to further my career in this field.
I have worked in many Industries and Companies, as a Professional Engineer and with the experience gained so far, will enhance my aspiration in obtaining a Master
Degree in any field of Engineering I find myself in.
I am convinced that Graduate study in your Department will be the most logical extension of my academic pursuits and a major step towards achieving my objectives. Thanking you for your patience.

In pursuance to my graduate studies in Management Engineering, I have discovered that it will help to increase my knowledge of Management and in addition to the vast potential of this masters program; it will give me an edge over my colleagues in the engineering industry. During my undergraduate studies in Electrical/Electronic Engineering at University of
Benin, emphasis of my studies was majored on the fundamentals of Electrical/ Electronic principles that governs modern day engineering in industries, their application and designs. I also learned about other diverse topics such as safety, economics, and engineering management. I found the last topic, engineering management, to be very interesting and exciting, because one of my career aspirations is to participate in the management of an industry/company.
To further my career aspirations of becoming part of a senior management team, I want to obtain a Master's Degree in Engineering Management. Having this knowledge will give me a better understanding of managerial position and skills. With all the uncertainty and changes in the world, political, economic, and technological, I believe that an engineer aspiring for a managerial position must have a solid understanding, supported by a strong academic foundation on management of how to guide companies through these challenging times. Education without experience is incomplete. Equipped with a solid understanding of engineering management, I can begin my career where I will add to my experience. I fully recognize that our political, economic, and technological environments are constantly changing, and thus management needs to be able to adapt quickly and face the ever changing environment if the company is to survive, let alone prosper. I believe obtaining a
Master's Degree in Management Engineering will provide the necessary background needed for me to react to the ever-changing environment.
