II. Body Paragraph 1 The Wyrd Sisters’ Portrayal as Nurses
A&B. Appearance vs. Reality
i. nurses are actually supposed to be good rather than evil ii. at the very beginning, viewers see how they kill the man that is injured when they are alone after everybody around them has left the hallway iii. At the banquet, the witches appear as the servants now, although they sit in
Macbeth’s chair before he has the chance to. This might actually cause him to see the ghost of Banquo as the witches have placed a spell/casting over the head seat. While they are supposed to be his servants and he their master, it’s the vice versa. iv. When giving the second set of three prophecies, the witches partially bring

Another point that this brings up is that the dead are the ones that the witches are calling their masters so it connects the dead who might have been evil in their lifetimes to send them to hell to the living in a way that shows that the witches are evil by nature C. C. As the audience heard before the battle commenced, Macbeth shouts “(harsh interpretation to whatever it actually says ~sorry~) we shall not yield in this dang battle until one of us yells stop.” When the witches enter and the moment of realization occurs, Macbeths breaths out “Enough,” which in its own way means stop kind of telling Macduff that he has “quit” knife battling. Macbeth’s hesitation gives Macduff the perfect opportunity to grasp the upper hand thus Macbeth is defeated by Duffy who beheaded him.
i. This scene shows the choices made by fate or free will.
a. the Wyrd sisters (i.e. Fate) make their appearance to distract
Macbeth
from his current actions although it is Macbeth’s own choice to yield in the battle as he had the chance to slice Duffy’s head off pre his turn of events and his
