Much Ado About Nothing By William Shakespeare
Love is an indescribable and powerful word. When people are in love, they always want to be together with that person, and when they’re not, they think about being together because they need that person and without them their life is incomplete. In Much Ado About Nothing by William Shakespeare, love is shown through many different ways, including showing remorse for wrongful actions. The characters of Claudio and Hero exemplify what loves means and how they show love to each other. Hero and Claudio are in love in “Much Ado About Nothing” by William Shakespeare. Claudio feels guilty for shaming Hero. “Sweet Hero, now thy image doth appear In the rare semblance that I lov’d it first” said Claudio. When he found out that he hurt Hero he felt regret and shame for what he had done to her and would do anything to make it right. “Done to death by slanderous tongues was the hero that here lies. Death, in guerdon of her wrongs, gives her fame which never dies. So the life that died with shame lives in death with glorious fame”. Said Claudio. He went to go sing a song at hero’s grave so he can go and marry leonato's niece and repay for what he had done to poor hero. When he went to the church and Hero showed her face he broke down into tears because he was so happy that she was alive and never wanted to shame her again. Claudio and hero had so much affection and fondness of each other that they wouldn't care what they had to do to be together again. Hero pretended to be dead for Claudio and Claudio would have taken any punishment to make what he did
