The Dell B3465dnf Multifunction Printer
Multifunction printers in small offices are very beneficial to the employees in any organization. They prove to be a good assistant to document printing, scanning, copying, faxing and even emailing. They are convenient, time-saving and jam-packed with features. There are a lot of printers that combine various functions and even some additional features that really put them on top tier. When purchasing a machine for your business there are many things to look out for. The quality and performance of these machines in one function may not carry over to the other functions. One product can be a great at printing Graphics but may not have the best scanning options.
The Dell B3465dnf is a high performance multifunction monochrome laser printer. This machine can print, fax, copy, scan and digitally manage documents. It is often used for small businesses and has a price tag of about $1,399. It includes fast network speed with Gigabit Ethernet connectivity and an optional External Wireless Adapter. This printer has a maximum capacity of 2,300 sheets with the optional 3 additional trays. It has a high volume print capacity with maximum cycle of 150,000 per month. It features a bright 7 inch color touch screen control panel that helps boost productivity by making the options easy to use and operate. The screen also has audible feedback so you know when it accepts a command. There is also 19 physical buttons that duplicate options on the screen, sometimes it’s faster to push a physical button if you don’t know where to find it on the screen.
The printing speed and quality is fairly important when choosing a MFP. This printer has a speed of 50 pages per minute which is one of the fastest Mono laser MFP’s out there. The print resolution is 600x600 dpi which is about 75% worse than the average for MFP’s. Text quality isn’t quite good enough for publishing applications but does a good job for anything short of that. Small fonts tend to
