Instead of concentrating on the content they concentrate on the style of the content. When reading a review of a movie, we are still reading the what, but how it is conveyed is different. For instance with a movie review, they will focus on parts of the movie that might not be all that important to the main plot, but to that person, that is what they distinguished as important.
