Muscle Exercise Assignment
I really enjoyed using the exrx.net website for this assignment. I thought it was a very convenient way to find exercises and it was a great was to narrow down results for a specific muscle group or a sing muscle. This website is something I will definitely use in the future for my workouts. The website also had beneficial information on diets, nutrition, and weight management. Altogether the website was very easy to navigate and had a lot of helpful information. For the assignment I looked at and performed various exercises for a lot of different muscles. The exercises I watched and performed were: a pike press, a bench dip, an underhand supine row, an inverted row, a parallel close grip pull-up, a chest dip, an incline leg hip raise, an incline twisting crunch, hyperextension, step-up, lunges, an inverse leg curl, and a single leg calf raise. Each of these exercises worked more than one muscle while performing them. These exercises were a little difficult to get started with, because I had never done them before. The exercises also involved a small amount of equipment, which I am not use to using. The exercises that were harder for me were the pike press, bench dip, underhand supine row, inverted row, parallel close grip pull-up, and the chest dip. Not having a lot of arm strength affects not only my arms but also my ability to perform back and chest exercises. I plan on incorporating not all, but most of these exercises into my own personal fitness plan. I really liked the bench dip, parallel close grip pull-up, chest dip, incline leg hip raise, incline twisting crunch, step-up, inverse leg curl, and the single leg calf raises. I believe that adding these exercises would be very beneficial to my own exercise

    I am a very active person so therefore I went over the recommend minutes. I am active six days out the week. I usually take one day off to allow my body to rest and heal.
