Not having a lot of arm strength affects not only my arms but also my ability to perform back and chest exercises. I plan on incorporating not all, but most of these exercises into my own personal fitness plan. I really liked the bench dip, parallel close grip pull-up, chest dip, incline leg hip raise, incline twisting crunch, step-up, inverse leg curl, and the single leg calf raises. I believe that adding these exercises would be very beneficial to my own exercise
