From my own experience, when
i was pregnant with my son i had a lot of one on one time with the medical assistants as i had to see them every week, because my doctor could not do all of the appointments. If it was not for the medical assistants support and thoughtfulness i never would have made it through my hard pregnancy. Although even after my son was conceived, they still gave me the support i needed, not because it was their job profession but because they was in a career they loved and enjoyed what their job consists. Becoming a Medical assistants lets you learn the basics, and gets your foot in the door, you get to experience and learn even after you graduate. It gives you a chance to see if you would like to proceed as a medical assistant or pursue a career as a nursing. Medical Assisting is a growing feild and very much needed, it is a start to a career compared to where i was a year ago, and it will help me provide for my family.
