I keep a google calendar full of important dates and I have it set up to remind me of every event 30 minutes prior to its start time. This keeps me on track and helps me remember all the various things going on in my life. If it’s not in my calendar, there’s a good I am going to forget about it till the last minute. On top of that, I have also learned to schedule my days down to the hour, especially on super busy days. This helps to keep me moving forward and not getting stuck in one area. I start with what is most important and if it’s studying for a test or quiz, I ensure that the time is split up throughout the day to help keep me focused. I also take care to schedule breaks throughout my day for eating, working out, and stopping to take a breath. I have found this is the most efficient use of my time and helps me to get the most done when I am feeling overwhelmed by the days to do
