September 21, 2011 My Family Vacation to Niagara Falls…. It was time for us to start planning our summer vacation. We had a family meeting and our choices this year were Niagara Fall or South Carolina. We had all the information about each place in front of us. We all sat at the kitchen table and went through the areas of interest and voted on Niagara Falls. It was a unanimous vote. All the plans were made and set for August 8, 2011. We started singing random songs that we knew without listening to the song. Then we started jamming to some music on the radio. We had to make a pit stop for gas, food, and the bathroom. When we arrived at Niagara, we started looking for our hotel. We found our hotel, The Swiss Motel, and then checked in. After we checked in the children were not ready to go walking to look at the waterfalls. They wanted stay at the hotel and swim in the pool. The weather was beautiful when we arrived at Niagara. Later that afternoon we decided to go walking and look at the waterfalls. When we arrived at the park, we walked around just to get a quick look at the American Falls and the Horseshoe Falls.
