My Favorite Sport Is Nascar
My favorite sport is NASCAR. I love to watch the cars zoom around the tracks going real fast. The drivers all wear special uniforms, the cars are real streamlined and loud and the make loud roaring noises as they pass by. There are many different types of tracks as well.
First of all my favorite driver is Dale Earnhardt Jr. He drives the 88 car for Hendrick Motorsports. His sponsors are Mountain Dew and the National Guard. He has won one race and has had five top ten finishes this year and is in the chase for the championship. He has not won a championship yet, but I know he will someday.
Dale drives a Chevrolet Impala. It has a roll cage and is painted with the Mountain Dew symbol on it along with many other sponsers, who he gets money from for letting their name be on his car. The other types of cars that race are the Dodge Avenger, Ford Fusion and Toyota Camry. The cars use slick tires so they can grip the track real good and the V8 engines are real loud.
My favorite track is Daytona and the Daytona 500 is my favorite race. It takes place in February each year and is the first race of the Sprint Cup season. The cars can go as fast as 190 miles per hour and the race usually lasts about two to three hours.
