I most definately feel that I jneed to work on being more acertive with my writing and being more creative. I do not write well in third person at all so that is also something I feel I need to work on. My timeing is a big problem with my school work as well.I was late on several things so I thing something I need to work on big time in my text term in prioritizing my homework and then everyrthing else. 4.)What quotation(s) from the reading this week do you feel will help you the most as you continue in your education?
I feel that the tip that staes "writing is not a gift, it is a skill," is going to stick with me a while. I always used to say that I thought I was a pretty good writer. After taking this course I have realized I have lots of things to work on. That is what is going to make writing even more fun for me now. I Have realized that there are always things to improve on. No matter how big or how small. I also really liked the quote that states, "you can never have a perfect essay." I have a feeling I will be using that to help other later on in life when I plan to one day become a school teacher.
5.)If you had to give advice to a student entering EN101 next term, what would it be? My single most important advice would be to always give yourself plenty of time for an assignment. You never want to find yourself rushing to do an english assignment. That is a course you have to put lots of thought into and you can not rush your mind into coming up with an amazing topic, or supporting sentences. You really do have to take your time. I was bad about reading an assignment and saying to myself, "Thats only going to take twenty minutes, I will come back and do it later." Next thing I knew it was due in a few hours and the more I read into it and realized how complicated it was really going to be, I ended up turning it in two days late. So my advice is
