My Goals As A Nurse
My number one goal is to obtain a nursing degree and pass the NCLEX exam. Once I have obtained my degree I want to start work at an American Indian Hospital where the greatest demand for nurses is needed. I want to help meet the needs where there is a shortage of healthcare professionals. I want to work in all different areas from ICU to surgery and all the others in between. I want this so I can help out wherever I am needed to provide excellent healthcare to patients I want to continue my education until I have received my Doctorates of Nursing. I want to start right away working on my Bachelors through Oklahoma University on line program and want to achieve my BSN by 2019. I want to obtain two to three years of experience before attending school to obtain my Masters Science of Nursing. This will allow me to gain the experience needed to be successful in achieving my MSN. The next step in my education goals is to obtain my Doctorates in nursing. I want to take my healthcare assistance and go into diagnosis and achieve my nurse practitioner. I want to be able to diagnose patients and get them back to themselves quickly. …show more content…
I want to understand day to day operations to managerial operations. I want to understand logistics, processes and operations. The overall goal is to have an excellent understanding of operations.
My personal goals as a nurse is to be involved in the community. I want to start programs to inform people about healthier life styles and how to achieve it. I want to start a vegetable garden program to give people heathier options. There are many ways to get community involved to help people my better decisions. I want to assist to inform them about what they can do to make changes to live a better
