The Ideal Spouse
I consider marriage as a must in life. Some people, however, are just repulsed by the idea and shunt the wonderful opportunity away. In a marriage, both the husband and the wife must play their roles. As humans, we have ideas of our future spouses should be like. One definite characteristic my ideal spouse should have is caring. When she is caring, she will not only think about herself but she will also care for me and the kids. She should also be understanding. She should not bicker at me over petty mistakes that I might do as nobody is perfect. In addition, my wife should be able to compromise with me. I will not be able to meet all her demands and so, she has to compromise for those demands. My consort will also have to be a good listener. The main reason marriages nowadays are failures is due to both partners not opening up and listening to each other’s problem. Sometimes, what a man needs is just a shoulder to lean on. Moreover, my spouse will have to be responsible. I can’t be shouldering all the responsibilities of running a family. Definitely, I want someone to share the burden with. Lastly, she has to understand that a man’s second wife is his car. So, she has to be tactful when talking about my cars. This is how I picture my ideal wife. I know I have high expectations for my spouse but I can guarantee I will be a good life partner to her.

The Ideal Wedding When marriage comes to mind, wedding will also pop into my thought process. There are many ways one can hold a wedding. They can have big ones, small ones, lavish ones, mundane ones and many more. I recently found out that to have a wedding, I will need to have deep, really deep pockets. Then, I thought why not. It is a one-time event and I will be meeting most of my friends whom I will not have met for a long time. So, I will do it with a bang provided I have the financial strength. I
