I want to tell you about my daily routine. Every day I usually get up at half past 8 in the morning. I make my bed. I just don’t like when my room is messy. Then do some exercises. Usually I take a shower in the morning. I go to the bathroom where I wash my face and brush my teeth. After this I do not feel sleepy at all. I feel full of energy and ready for the new day. Then I make breakfast for myself. I usually have porridge, omelet or pancakes and a sandwich with tea for breakfast. After breakfast I put all the necessary books into my bag and get dressed. At half past 9 I leave home and go to Academy of fine arts. I study there for sculptor. I don't like to be late for my classes, that’s why I leave home earlier. We usually have four lessons at school. At 12 o’clock we usually have lunch at academy. I stay at academy after lessons. I work for myself. I want to be a great sculpture. I do sketches during all my day. I like my profession. And I ready to do every thing for my dream. At 9 o'clock I leave Academy and go home. I have supper with my family and I go for a walk with my friends. We spend very good time together. Then I come home. I like to surf the Internet for a bit or listen to music or watch TV at home. I go to bed at 12 o'clock.
I like to read books before sleeping. I think it is very good when you have a settled timetable. You feel more organized.

MY HOBBIES
Hobby is what a person likes to do in his spare time. Hobbies differ like tastes. If you have chosen a hobby according to your character and taste you are lucky because your life becomes more interesting. The most popular hobby is doing things. It includes a wide variety of activities from gardening to traveling, from chess to volleyball. Both grown-ups and children are fond of playing different computer games. This hobby is becoming more and more popular. Making things include drawing, painting, handicrafts. Many people collect something - coins, stamps, compact discs, toys, books. Some collections have some value. Rich people often collect paintings, rare things and other art objects. Often such private collections are given to museums, libraries. As for me, I like to listen to music and draw pictures. But my chief hobby is reading books. I like to read classical books. I like classical music too. That’s why I want to be a great sculpture like Michelangelo, Donatello and others.
Of course, I like to spend my spare time with my friends. We talk about all sorts of things ( politics, teachers, girls). We discuss films, books, TV programs. In fine weather we like to be in the open air. We find a nice place somewhere in the forest. We make a fire, bake potatoes and have a lot of fun. When the weather is bad, my friends come to my place. We have a good time together.
A MODERN FLAT
I want to tell you about my flat because this summer we changed furniture and bought everything new. Our flat is very comfortable and cozy. It has all modern conveniences in our flat: central heating, gas, electricity, cold and hot water, a lift and a chute to carry rubbish down. There are three rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a hall in our flat. The living-room is the largest and most comfortable room in the flat. In the middle of the room we have a square-table with six chairs round it. To the right of the dinner-table there is a wall-unit which has several sections: a sideboard, a wardrobe and some shelves. Between the two large windows there is a little table with a color TV set on it. Near the TV set there are two cozy armchairs. A small round table, a divan-bed and a standard lamp are in the left-hand corner. This small table is for newspapers and magazines. My father is used to having a rest sitting on this divan-bed reading books, newspapers, magazines or watching TV. The bedroom is smaller than the living-room and not so light as there is only one window in it. In this room there are two beds with a bedside-table between them. An alarm-clock and a small lamp with a pink lamp-shade are on the table. In the left-hand corner there is a dressing-table with a big mirror.. In this room we have a built-in wardrobe with coat-hangers to-hang clothes on. There is a thick carpet on the floor and plain light-brown curtains on the window. But the warmest place in our flat is the kitchen, I think — the place where the whole family gathers every evening not only to have supper together, but also to speak and rest.

I loved art. When I was a young child I would always design new temples, and pyramids in the sand. I loved to paint, I would make my own paint and draw on anything I possibly could. I was passionate about it all. Father and mother always supported my art, but they expected me to follow father’s footsteps and become a scriber. I didn’t want to be a scriber. I wanted to be a painter. I wanted to design the newest, most beautiful pyramid in Egypt. It was a big dream, but I was determined to make it happen. Hi, This is Sonal Mehta. Let me take you through my daily routine. Being a married woman and working mom, I get up at morning 5:00 and get into kitchen to prepare breakfast and tea. In hasty hours, and in the mid of hustle and bustle, I take care of both my kids and help them to get ready for their school. I prefer to do my content development work in the morning session before kids arrive at home. Once they are back, I serve them lunch and give them nap time. The Arts have called my name for as long as I can remember. As a child, I dabbled in any intensively creative and performative thing that was in the immediate vicinity. I would go around telling all my peers that when I grew up, I was going to have any one of a number of extravagant careers: I would promise to become a famous actress on Monday, declare myself a world-class musician on Wednesday and swear to grow to be a best-selling novelist by Friday. The Arts, and all they encompassed, were my first love. It only seemed natural to me, like eating or blinking, that my life should be dedicated to the very thing that made me the happiest. I finally took my ambitions to heart my first year of high school, where I eagerly sought out beginning…

My dad always told me to live an efficient everyday life by making a schedule ahead and strictly following it by minutes since I was in third grade. However, I never took his advice seriously until I decided to come to the US for college. Preparing for SATs, TOEFL, and taking normal Chinese high school classes aiming at Gaokao(Chinese University Entrance Exam) at the same time is such a heavy burden that I sometimes had no time to sleep at all. I was then forced to try to make a study schedule, detailed to minutes. It didn't work very well for the first week, but after revising it for a few times, it not only saved me time for four to five hours' sleep, but also time for exercise. I continued using this method since then and formed a habit of planning my life with a time schedule. If I didn't give that advice a shot and experience it personally, I would never know how great it could help me.…
