Literacy
In my point of view literacy is a way of communicating with others through just talking with each other or writing. I have shown my literacy skills in my everyday life. Speaking and communicating with others, both at home and at school. I think I have good literacy skills also because I speak more than one language, which in my opinion is an advantage. First, when I came to Australia, I struggled to talk to others because I did not know the language well enough to communicate with others. While hearing the people near my surroundings, speaking in English, and as well as learning the language itself at school, I am now better and near to being fluent in English. In assignments, I try to expand my vocabulary by using new words. When I have free time I read some novels and this helps me write various types of information and as well teaching me how to use punctuation and grammar.
I think that literacy is an important aspect as it enables us to read and write, even though it is a complex process, as it requires us to have a better understanding of oral and written language. It will

I have intercultural understanding as I have done assignments that’s informs me that I have to research about different cultures, in doing this I have learnt to recognize the influence of different historical, social and cultural experiences. I have developed my knowledge about intercultural understanding by investigating about different cultures and their identity for history. By doing this I have explored a lot about diverse cultures, like their beliefs and knowledge. I am learning two languages Italian and French, because of this I have an ability of communicating with other cultures fluently in the future.
