Everyone has a special person in their life. That special person may be your mother, father, friend, teacher, spouse, and children. The significance of them changes as time passes by. However the person I love and admire forever is my mother. What I admire most in my mother is how she dresses, how she cooks wonderfully, how she guides me and how she strives to keep to her values.
She is good looking and always well-dressed. She is always dressed in Indian traditional wear called Saree. Saree is a rectangular piece of unstitched fabric which is draped around the body in a very fascinating manner. She mostly wears extensive design or embroidery woven saree and leaves the pallu. The loose end of the fabric, which is usually pleated or thrown over the left shoulder, is known as Pallu. As she is tall it looks very pretty on her. I love to dress like her. I usually go shopping with her. She helps me in selecting the saree or dresses that goes well on me.
She is a wonderful cook. She always prepares my favorite dishes. One of my favorite dishes is vegetable biryani. It’s a popular Indian dish. It is a rich and exotic rice dish with spicy vegetables. It’s colorful too. Even I like to follow her cuisine. She always makes sure that my food is prepared on time and she also ensures that I had it before I left from the home. She is the most loving, unselfish, caring person on earth.
She taught me etiquette. She always guides me in distinguish between good and bad. She taught me to be polite with everyone, respect elders, share with others. Whenever I have a problem, she listens to me and encourages me. She has lot of patience. My well-being is always in her prayers. She is my strength. She has faith in me. I also love the way she supports my father in every aspect of his life. She ensures that family bondage is always there.
