There are lots of memorable days in my journey on earth but there is one that stands above all others. It comes up to my mind every now and then ‘First day of school’. It all happened long ago but I remember it as if it just happened yesterday.
It was 24th February 2006,morning 6:00 am when my alarm started ringing loudly. I jumped up excitedly not being able to stand. It was my first day at Da Vinci International School! I was going into KG1 (FS1 as they call it in Dubai). As soon as I knew it me, my mom and dad were on our way to the school. I was dressed in my newly bought clothes; everything I had there that moment was new. The drive was only 15minutes long but it seemed to be gone in a blink’s time. Then it all came down to the point when he said that she will now be taken down to her class that made me more nervous…
When we were walking to the classroom Mike asked me if I liked the school so far and I said yes even though I didn’t really know much about it yet.
I reached the classroom and I went inside. The principal introduced me to the teacher. She sounded very sweet and nice and I made up my mind that I was going to have a wonderful time in her class. Her name was Miss.Hannah. Miss.Hannah told the class that I was new to the school and I was going to need to make some friends.
