My Vision
What is your vision for the future? What is your purpose in life? What gets you out of bed every morning? These are questions we must constantly ask ourselves. As a college student, these are questions that are drowned out by the noise of academia, but as a young entrepreneur these are questions I ask myself daily.

I have a vision for change that has come from a longing of something more by a Power greater than myself.

Gandhi once said, “Be the change you wish to see in the world.” I read this quote everyday and I have made the decision to stop complaining about the world I live in and take action to change a world I believe in.

It is my goal to inspire people 's imaginations again. To cause them to dream new dreams and remember old dreams that society forced them to forget. I want to help people become more than they every thought they could. It is my goal to bring business to the streets and end poverty. I think people have forgot how to have fun in this world and cherish true friendships and genuine fun. My goal is simply to walk in integrity and brighten this world with other 's people’s smiles. People have forgotten what it is like to love, to laugh, and to dance, and to cry.

To accomplish my goals and to live my dreams I know I need a plan. I have learned that any dream is just a fantasy if you don’t have a thought out, concrete plan of action that leads to the finish line. I know I will live my vision. I know my dreams will come true. I won’t sleep until the mission is complete.

My plan is to build an unmovable foundation during my college years and prepare my heart and mind for the challenges ahead. Mistakes will come through challenging experiences, but I know that we learn best through the art of doing. I know that I will sometimes fail, but failure to me is just an opportunity to grow. I am a leader in organizations on my campus and use this opportunity to develop myself as a true leader.

I save all my money and attend educational

All it takes is one act of courage and act of caring. There is no important thing in life that people can achieve overnight. Gandhi explains that the force is destructive: “Violence like water, when it has an outlet, rushes forward furiously with an overwhelming force.” Violence leads people to more violence and destroys the moral laws of human beings. Violence leads people to commend the murder, injury, and other crimes which are against humanity. It is also the main cause of conflict within families, societies, and whole nations. Therefore, Gandhi’s writing on non- violence is only the path to change the violent into peaceful and progressive human beings.…

My goal has been to be prepared and sometimes ahead of what’s coming, even if it has meant giving up some free time on evenings and the weekends. I have and continue to work hard to achieve my goals and take pride in my accomplishments thus far. I am never happy with something that is anything than less than my best effort. This applies across my academics and my favorite pastime of playing travel baseball.…

In life, to successfully move forward I need to establish goals. “The tragedy in life is not reaching your goal, but having no goal to reach” (Leadership for Student Activities, 2005). I must have a plan of how I will achieve my goals and be able to identify when an important element of that goal is reached. Possible setbacks must be considered and purposeful schemes arranged for when the unexpected shows up. According to Deci and Ryan (1984), “Goals, whether trivial, routine, significant or life altering, are part of peoples everyday lives”.…

Understanding that college is a time of both personal and educational growth, I positively anticipate many things. As an undergrad, I will join organizations and activities while participating actively in them. For academic and language enrichment, I aspire to travel to a Latin American country to study abroad. Also, I aim to be successful in my studies while balancing them with a part-time job. As a result of my hardwork and progression, I desire to obtain an internship as I network with area professionals. Besides focusing on my education, I look forward to finding my purpose. That being said, I am a firm believer that everyone is on this Earth to serve a purpose. As I nurture my skillset and zero in on my interests I look forward to discovering what position within business I am here to serve in. Ultimately, I am excited utilize the next four years of my life to have experiences that I will look back on in 30 years and be proud of having…

Many people would like to make a difference, not only in their own life, but in others’ lives as well. Deepak Chopra once said, “Everyone has a purpose in life…a unique gift or special talent to give to others. And when we blend this unique talent with service to others, we experience the ecstasy and exultation of our own spirit, which is the ultimate goal of all goals.” All of us, at one point in our lives, have to make the difficult decision of the goals we want to work towards. We all have certain goals, standards, and expectations of ourselves. Not everyone will figure out what they want to be right away, and some will know from the very beginning. My plan for my life is helping others through Speech Language Pathology.…

"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has." Margaret Mead was the provider of this quote, and it connects directly to the idea of civil disobedience. In order to change the world, people have to take action. Standing idly by and allowing injustice to occur, even if the majority fails to see the injustice, will not change the tides of history.…
