Myths about Scalp Micropigmentation.
Hair loss is observed all around the globe and it has become quite common in both men and women. While struggling with your hair loss, you must have heard about so many treatments and methods available and among those techniques, you might also have heard about scalp micropigmentation. Most of the people don’t know about this kind of treatment and those who know, have developed a number of misconceptions about it.
First of all, it’s important to understand what micropigmentation actually is. It is basically a non-invasive treatment method through which micro pigments are injected in your scalp. With these pigments, small hair follicles get developed which further facilitates in growth of thicker hair, to restore your full hair appearance. Tiny needles are used for this purpose.
There are a lot of myths about the effectiveness and success of scalp pigmentation. Mostly, it is considered as a fake treatment, leaving small dots on your scalp that fade away after a while. No doubt, this treatment is much like a tattooing procedure and pigments do fade away but it all depends on how you get the treatment and from which institute. This is a very advanced method of cosmetic pigmentation that requires multiple sessions of treatment and touch-ups, in order to have long-term effects.
