NT1330 Unit 1 Assignment 1
The most important concept in this week's reading was the Copyright laws. How the laws creation in fifteen century England where design to create a monopoly in book printing. Is surprising to read of their constant evolution in the United States since the Act of 1976 to become what they are now. Another thing is to be aware of how copyrights laws can adversely affect your projects if not doing in dept research of your content. In my case copyrights laws existence and their complexity makes it the most important concept of this week's reading.

Question 2 (5 points):
In 3-4 paragraphs, please discuss how your work on the capstone project is going.
The capstone project is moving along according to plan. My begging and pleading to my manager finally paid off and my company approved my request to get the software. I only need the IT department to install the software on my computer. According to my school peers, the learning curve is not

My struggle with the readings again this week is the amount of information presented in the book. The amount of information is great to use as a resource but it is a little overwhelmed with the amount of data. I am fortunate that I will be doing my project for my business. The online university for our company does all the copyright permissions for outside vendors. They will inform me if a vendor disapproves of the use of their software for training.
Is there anything you might need to focus on more than other things in this week’s work?
I really need to focus on exploring the Camtasia program. My concern is that I may be trying to do too much by trying to create the online class, my department's training class and learn the Camtasia software. By looking at syllabus's calendar if by next week my IT department has not installed Camtasia, I will be forced to use SlideDog. I really hope my IT department gets the software installed on my workstation early next

Concerning last week’s discussion and reading assignments, I would have to say some of the most interesting points to we were some functions and capabilities of Microsoft Word. I never know that one could insert a watermark into a document. This proves to be important when making up a mock draft of something and inserting a watermark to let everyone know it is a draft. That avoids the document being sent out without it being completed or adjusted. I can also see this in maintain the discreetness or secrecy of certain documents. By inserting the watermark of confidential, the recipient knows to not leave easily available for unauthorized viewers.…
