Namid
Namid stands at a whopping 5'5'' short...at least for her kind. But what she lacks in height she makes up for in curves. More voluptuous than her sister, she tends to enjoy and flaunt her curves, her short stature only adding to her playful demeanor.

Her fur takes on an almost grey blue, and is several shades darker than her older sisters, though it tends to be much more unruly, her tail being one of her main troublesome areas. She has taken to brushing and even banding it to keep the rather fluffy fur under control. Nammi also tends to adorn herself with jewelry and such that she has created with the different items she finds and collects.

Beyond that are her striking blue eyes, a feature she shares with her sister. The blue reflective

She is flirty, fun loving, and bolder than she really should be. Namid also tends to act or speak before she really thinks things through. But that stems back to that impulsive nature of hers.

Despite some of her faults Namid still has many good traits. She is loyal to the end, even if it leads to some less than pleasant situations. Once you earn her trust and lurbs, she will always have your back. Silly at times yes, but there always seems to be a vibrant energy about her that can bring the light back to most anyone's eyes. Determined, though she may seem flighty or lazy at times you'll find that once Namid has set her mind to something it’s hard to pull her from it.

Flirty...yes very much so, has been known to bounce from relationship to relationship. Yet despite the rumors from angry ex's she isn't as slutty as one may think. Granted she isn't really innocent either, but that all depends on her mood. She can be quick to anger at times as well, but mostly when something or someone she cares about is threatened. She may be little but she is MIGHTY and will not shy away from getting into it with someone.

Their auditory perception is acute, being able to hear black grouse changing roosts at 600 paces, the flight of crows at 0.25–0.5 kilometres (0.16–0.31 mi) and the squeaking of mice at about 100 metres (330 ft). They are capable of locating sounds to within one degree at 700–3,000 Hz, though less accurately at higher frequencies. Their sense of smell is good, but weaker than that of specialized dogs.

Parkour: Nammi has learned to get from one point to another in a complex environment(sometimes due to needing a quick getaway), without equipment and in the fastest and most efficient way possible. Her smaller stature may not make her as strong, but she is one of the fastest of her kind and has learned to use that speed and skill which include running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, rolling, quadrupedal movement to get to or away from just about anywhere.

Tinkering: Nammi tough flighty at times is actually rather intelligent, and has always had a knack for figuring out how things work or finding a purpose for something. She uses this talent to make her series of gadgets, jewelry, fashion items, tools, shelters, and anything else her creative little mind can come up

There are many things going on with the characters in the story, some things I wasn’t so pleased with, somethings I thought were really good. One of her main strengths in the story is whenever the other girls recognize that Raheem is her man, she even flaunts it in the story, “The good girls watch him kiss my neck and whisper in my ear. “Yeah, he mine,”…

But, from what I’ve seen of her, I can’t say I like her much as a person. Segment 10 talks about how well coached she is in body language, to me this is clear in the fact that her smile feels forced and conscious, and her facial management techniques seem obvious. Her general paralanguage patterns don’t sound natural, but rather curated. In her defense, it’s possible that this is as a result of Having to speak a certain way, as to not repel male voters. As mentioned in Segment 23, female politicians have the extra hurdle of addressing the sound of what they say along with what they’re vocally saying. All of these things combined give off a feeling of overly calculated, and at times even dishonest. This is in such a deep contrast to Senator Clinton’s husband, who is show in Segment 12 to be able to publicly execute nonverbal messages very well. It would seem as though he has also been coached on how to convey these message, but the fact that Bill Clinton is better at it; can make him feel like a more honest person. This is, in a way, backed up by Segment 14 and 26. He really isn’t good at nonverbal lying, this leads me to feel that he is being genuine most other…

“Shy, spontaneous, and funny?” Confidently uncertain of the words picked to describe herself. Although Nidhi may not be sure how to describe herself, those three words describe how she is as a first impression. In truth, a word that truly captures the essence of who she is, and her beliefs, is free-spirited. “[My favorite memory is when] I first drove as a licensed driver, [I liked it] because of the…

Nasreen comes from a country where everybody is obedient to religion, and she moves to a place not bound by this. Nasreen learned this very quickly, and wanted to fit with her new friends. Not many girls in Nasreen's situation would be able to do what she did. She stood up for herself, and what she believed was right, not being the person her community, parents and religion want her to. Her parents want her to wear her veil everywhere, among other things. Nasreen does the opposite. This is a heroic feat because she is not bowing down and giving in to what she does not believe in. This is shown in the story when Nasreen says: "I don't care how often I get beaten… he stops me having what freedom I have left". (Elements of English, p. 268). This quote shows how determined she is in her cause and stand up for herself.…
