Observations
Marble cutting machine, generate high level of noise and poor lighting. Exposure to high level of noise, long term hearing injury and cut by machinery
Control Measures

Stop work
Stand down toolbox talk to all machine operators how to prevent from exposure to high level of noise. Use of PPE ear pug or ear muff,
Isolate the cutting machine for reduce the harm to other workers who passing the place regularly.
Immediate action taken to provide sufficient lighting
Observations
Handling of Marble adhesive
Not wearing proper hand gloves and basic dusk mass.
Overexposure possible longer term effect such as chronic Bronchitis, possible silicosis or cancer.
Temporary effect contact with skin or eyes can irritation of eyes and skin.
Control Measures
Immediate advice given to all workers handing with adhesive.
Guide them to use proper hand glove (rubber) and wear basic dust mask while handing and using with adhesive.
Display material safety data sheets where ever working with substance. Educate workers how to avoid risk and where to use emergency washing facilities

Applying of protective sealer on marble.
Using basic dust mask cloth gloves
Risk of inhalation and contact with skin.
Overexposure may cause severe irritation.
Repeated exposure may cause skin dryness and cracking.
Control Measures
Gave instruction and provided correct PPE breathing respiratory filtered respiratory mask, rubber gloves and sealed clear goggles.
Provided emergency eye wash station and liquid eye washers, provided proper ventilated area to carry out work and material safety data sheets displayed in each
