It will consist of a thorough assessment which will end in results showing the effectiveness and viability of the plan that was implemented. Upon implementing an evaluation plan, many factors must be reviewed as well as elements that may indirectly or directly be able to affect the project. This will aid in making sure the plan is going well without any issues. Evaluation helps in making decisions on how well the project can be implemented (Ferguson & Day, 2011).
