Network Planning contains few planning stages and each of these stages is closely related to the Business Plan of the Organization so that the technical plan and and business plan will fit and support each other.
Strategic Planning – Strategic planning is the fundamental basis for network planning of any telecommunications company. Strategic Planning is use to analyze the current network situation, and from there the development of the future network is plan and design strategically base on market analysis like regulations, competition, environment, projected future demand, current network utilization, and network available resources. Strategic plan must be aligned with the company technology strategy and Group strategy. From strategic plan, a proper network program is then chosen, as whether to expand the current network or deploying a new functionality by introducing a new program/change program.
