No Ones Mystery
In the story called No One's Mystery talks about an impossible relationship between an eighteen year old girl and an old merry man. The story begins with a present that the old man called Jack gives to the girl for her eighteenth birthday. The scenes explore a relation between two characters, in which both quite debatable. The young girl in this history remains nameless and could be considered ingenuous, while Jack is a corrupted guy which thinks he is the perfect gift for woman. The way that Jack treats this girl is horrible, and how this girl can endure to a type as he. No true man would celebrate their significant birthday in the way he did with this girl. As gift, he gives …show more content…
her a diary, probably old and used, with a handle that does neither works. They spend the day in their noisy truck, hiding from his wife and probably having some drinks and maybe burning out in the hot weather.
In today’s society a relationship like it happened in the story No One’s a Mystery in can be appropriated.
The social status of being merry would not affect a relationship. When to people love each other; is normal, even though he have to hide him selves from a first married, but he can continue together. On the other hand I think a behavior is amoral. Men being married have responsibilities’, but he could leave those responsibilities away, and leave with her lover. I think if two people loved each other, and two hearts are beating together, it won’t matter what social status they have. They simply love each other, and those two would try to start all over again to be where they wanted to be. The meaning of this story reflects our society in many points of view. Like today it seems normal for any men to have two relationships or even more. A first married, a second married, or third is like trading an old pair of shoes for something much newer. Now is normal to make mistakes at any point of a relationship. If a girl or men walks away to go with someone else the other will do the same thing. At a beginning of a relationship the men and the women showed their truth love, but at the point of being married they don’t last a year of being together. Our society has change so much that a woman now has the same rights as man. A woman can have two or three relationships, and it won’t
matter.
During my research for this story, several people thinks that the story show a strong image and values of adultery and underage sex. In other cultures this is negative view of playing with a young girl. Many people disagree with the story called: No One’s a Mystery. The fact that a married men is trying to play around with this girl feelings makes other people think what they would do if he or she were in the narrators shoes. The story has a horrible reflection of what a man can do when he can hide a relation, but at the same time be in another relationship it could end up terribly. In many cases when the wife is deeply in love with her husband and she discover that her husband is seen another woman; then the consequences can affect the whole family. Many men do not realize that they have wonderful women in their house, but until he lost that person, he realizes he had lost everything.
The story takes place in a very brief moment in time. She is seeing an older man the things she says suggest she is still very ignorant to what’s going on with them. He speaks for what’s happening with their relationship and knows the future is limited. What is the maint point of the story? I think they were secret lovers. I think that imagination of future can tell a lot for me about Jack which is the narrator. The young girl was very romantic and believes him on everything. She was looking on the world through a color pink. The girl was dreaming about her and Jack future together. The narrator was thinking there is not future for them. May be he did not want to divorce with his wife, well he may had a reason, or maybe he could not believe that this young girl will love him forever. The meaning of this story is that every person in the world has his own imagination of the future. No one knows about future or what would happen during the day.
In conclusion I can’t discuss my future with someone who is older than me. Ill not be surprised when something will be different of my imagination of future. The same is in this story. The narrator will know that there is much more than one way of future living. In my own opinion there is no one who can foretell their future. There are a lot of different projections of our future and we did not know which one would be right. In reality life has something prepare for us, but I think we have to discover doing always what is right.

Supplemental Assignment 3
No One’s a Mystery
This is a very short story at less than 3 pages but it says a lot. It is well written and entertaining and with symbolism. This story has two characters in which one of them is very clever and astute. Jack is the narrator in the story and the eighteen year old girl is the protagonist. Jack represents to be a player and seems to not have feelings at all not even for his wife; while the young girl falls in love with this men who really is a truly player. Jack is a corrupted guy which thinks he is the perfect gift for woman. The way that Jack treats this girl is horrible, and how this girl can endure to a type as he. No true man would celebrate their significant birthday in the way he did with this girl. As gift, he gives her a diary, probably old and used, with a handle that does neither works, while they spend the day in their noisy truck, hiding from his wife and probably having some drinks. The story takes place in a very brief moment in time, but when they talk of what will be written in a diary, it takes you forward several years in their lives. She is seeing an older man the things she says suggest she is still very ignorant to what’s going on with them. He speaks for what’s happening in the now with their relationship and knows the future is limited.
