Round 1: Presentation Round (Statement of Purpose)
Each student will be required to make a presentation (2-3 powerpoint slides) to the Maruti Interview Panel Members on following
Q. Out of the 3 clusters of Maruti business verticals (Production Cluster, Engineering Cluster, Commercial Cluster), which cluster would you like to join and why?
Please refer Profile document (Attachment 1: Profile Document) for more details / information on Maruti Business Verticals. IMP:
1. Maximum 10 minutes will be given to each student for the presentation. Student may give details of their projects, co-curricular activities, hobbies, interest that he/she may have demonstrated which will strengthen his/her case for your appointment with Maruti.
2. Student will be required to bring their resume along with 2 passport size color photographs for the presentation round
3 Student will be required to fill up the Statement of Purpose (Attachment 2: SOP) and bring the same for the presentation round. Why you would like to pursue a technical career, the cluster of your choice, projects and other activities done by you that justify your case for a role in the cluster of your choice.
Round 2: Personal Interview Round
Students Shortlisted from Round 1 will be appearing in the Personal Interview Round (Both HR & Technical) on the same day.
Coordinators to submit the students presentation by 28th November, 2013 by 1.00 PM.
