4.4.2.1 Effectiveness Criteria Results
1. Visual Promethee-based Effectiveness Analysis
Visual Promethee main window is displayed that uses a typical spreadsheet to manage the data of effectiveness multi-criteria problem (Figure 4.7). The main window contain all the data have related to the PROMETHEE method (preference function, statistics and evaluation, weights…), this information can be easily input and defined by the decision maker.in addition to that Visual PROMETEE can provide additional features like quantitative criteria as well as qualitative criteria. Besides Visual PROMETHEE software can also handle the definition of variable thresholds in the preference functions (q, p, s), can also …show more content…
V: the second principal component contains maximum information about the orthogonal to U.W: the third principal component contains additional information both to U and V.
Currently the U, V, W list boxes are not functional yet. Only 2D views control are available in the figure below shows the U-V plane which is contains 02 types of information: Action (strategy) represented by points and Criteria (effectiveness criteria) represented by the decision axis.
Firstly strategy: here in the GAIA plane each strategy is represented by a point, every strategy position is related to its evaluations on the set of criteria, in this case we can four type of profile: RDT strategy ,SDT strategy and DM strategy, ND strategy are very different from each other. For globally understanding we take look at the set of criteria. Secondly the effectiveness criteria: each criterion is represented by an axis drown from the center of GAIA plane.
SDT strategy, its better on risk and cost, weak on engineering hours and lead time (larger number of lead time and engineering hours ),not bad on
