The make-up of the communication documentation will be heirachically organized by region, nationally and then locally. They will also start to streamline the company’s communication with customers and vendors to conform with the company’s business practice, for this end, they will be receive training on the company’s cooperate business practices. They will be expectected to have a good command of computer based communication platforms and demonstrate adaptability in taking on their new roles.
The offices in London and New Yolk will act as regional oversight offices while the newyolk office will serve the cooperate headquarters and therefore will have more staff. The regional head of technical communication will each have two assistants who will assist in achieving the said goals. The skills needed for the additional Staff at the new yolk office will be determinded as the needs of the organizations are assessed, the office will hence start with 3 members of staff and recruit another three members over the next few months. The entire team will comprise of 30 persons.
Each site will run technical communications desk/office, the staff at this desk will assist staff at local sites conform to communication guidelines, they will initially report to the NewYork Technical communications office
