The Case manager said that she has been dreaming of being a nurse at a tender age. After her parents had noticed that she was into nursing, she was awarded nursing toys which highly motivated her to continue working hard to achieve her dreams. First, the nurse insisted that the information system is one of the technologies that the hospital has provided its full functioning. The nurse said that nurses don’t have to get into troubles when finding the patient’s health records. Instead, the patient’s admission number is simply entered into the system thus acquiring the data efficiently. Secondly, the nurse case manager talked of an alarm system as another key technology implemented by the facility. For admitted patients, when an emergency situation emerges, the patient only has to press the alarm button thus being responded to quickly by the available nurses. Therefore, the nurse case manager said that the alarm works towards promoting the health care needed by the patient. Lastly, the nurse claimed that the facility has installed CCTV cameras in the wards for the purpose of monitoring patients with the critical condition. The nurse claims that more often conflict does surface in the hospital which comes from the family members of an admitted patient in the facility.
