In this case, I delegated health care assistance to recheck patient’s OBS every 30 mins, also offered some water to prevent patient getting dehydration, administered paracetamol 500mg under supervision. Furthermore, I did a urine dip to confirm if patient regained urine infection and monitored patient’s fluid balance.
