In fact, ever since I have begun taking this class I’ve done exercises that I wasn’t aware of, and I am now able to incorporate these exercises into my workout schedule. Lastly, I know that I won’t get immediate results after a week of just working out. I hope to stay motivated throughout my journey, and be able to complete my goal. It will take hard work and dedication, as well as having support from my family, friends, and the other people around me.
