To report any injuries, strains or illnesses suffer as a result of the work and not to interfere with or misuse anything that is been provided for health and safety purposes. Security responsibilities of employer and employee includes, keeping password secure, not giving out any password to an unauthorised person and also making sure that no vital information is left on the desk or printer without keeping them safe.

The purpose of security procedure in a business environment is to secure the building against any loss, theft and fire.

Business can be kept secure by setting up procedure for securing business premises. This should involve checking that all doors and windows are locked, light and computers are switched off and that the alarms and any other security measures are switched on. If a colleague is about to make mistake at work that can affect the business and affect other colleague, I will use verbal communication by calling him to order immediately and explain what he is doing wrong politely.
Another example will be written communication (E-mail). If a matter is not urgent but need to be addressed, email will be the best form of communication. Email can be sent to people involve so as to arrange a meeting for the problems to be discussed. However email communication will not be suitable for matters that are very urgent and need immediate solution.

It is important to take on new challenge and adapt to changes because nothing ever stays the same, things are always changing which means unless you can adapt and change too you will be stuck doing the same things which could then make your life a lot harder than it needs to be. Changes could be due to an advance in technology, new environment or anything that will have an impact on you and your day to day life. Taking on new Challenges will open more opportunities for variation in their work. Taking on new challenge and adapting to it will make an employee potentially more valuable to the company
3. Explain the purpose of treating others with honesty and consideration.
Because that is how you want to be treated - not just in business but everywhere - mistreat and people will give their business to someone else. When you are honest with people, they can trust you. They will also believe that you have a genuine intention and will not betray them. Treating others with honesty and consideration will make the environment and the people happier and easier to share information when needed.

1. Explain the purpose of meeting work standards and deadlines when completing tasks in a business environment.
Meeting work standard and deadlines when completing a task allow customers to get the service they expected and not put the company in unnecessary risk of inefficiencies and delay which can damage the reputation of the company.
Also, meeting deadlines prevents any unnecessary delays and keeps the whole project / enquiry running smoothly and prevents any hold-ups in the next stage of it and therefore it can be completed on time
