Part A 1. No, Newspaper articles do not affect my food choices at all at least not consciously but perhaps subconsciously. These articles do bring up some important issues but I feel that I do enough exercise to the amount of kilojoules I consume to stay in a healthy weight range. 2. I feel that I do eat too many meals from takeaway outlets. I usually eat between 2-3 meals from takeaway outlets each week, mainly because of the convenience of them. As I need to fit in school work and fit with my families’ schedule, the convenience is very compelling. 3. Monday | Tuesday | Wednesday | Thursday | Friday | Saturday | Sunday | 1 hour of taekwondo/ fitness training. | 2 hours of work (teaching taekwondo).2 hours of soccer training. 1 hour of P.E | 1 hour of taekwondo training.1 hour of P.E | 2 hours of work.2 hours of soccer training. | 2 hours of work.1 hour of P.E | 4 hours of work.90 minute game of soccer. | 18 holes of golf which means 5 hours of walking. | 4. I feel that I do enough exercise. I feel that I eat a fair bit of unhealthy food but I feel that the amount of exercise I do counteracts that amount of unhealthy food I consume, in terms of weight. I also feel that even with the right kilojoule balance I could probably eat a more balanced diet. 5. I feel that I am fairly fit and healthy but that could easily be improved, by eating healthier, including eating more food groups including vegetables. Overall I am fairly happy with my body and weight. 6. Yes, I feel that I try all the new food trends and I believe that my peers do as well. I feel that the trends could be influenced by TV and Internet advertising.
