Warm-Up (Questions to help you prepare to write your goals)
1. Describe your current level of physical activity. How often do you participate in moderate to high intensity activity in an average week?
On occasion I’ll walk my dog or swim in the pool. I used to mow the lawn but I can’t anymore because of my allergies, which is the main reason why I don’t go outside much
2. Discuss at least three physical activities you enjoy participating in or wish to participate in.
I would like to join the swim team at my school. I think it would be a great place to make friends and stay active! Another activity I would like to participate is softball/baseball. I think this would be so much fun and I would be able to stay healthy. The last and final activity I would like to participate in is walking my dog every day. I would like to do this because it’s a great way to release stress and my dog and I need exercise.
