The ongoing project that my partner, Alicia Buettner, and I are focused on is that of trying to incorporate a collaborative class between the physical and occupational therapy students at the University of Findlay that specializes on the use of prosthetic rehabilitation equipment in therapy. Goals done for survey and interviews. In the steps completed for the upcoming feasibility report of our project, Alicia and I worked together in creating the questions for both the survey and interview that will help us gain data to support or oppose the integration of the PT and OT prosthetic class at the University of Findlay. Additionally, we both worked on the budget and abstract portions of the proposal. Once we switched to working on the proposal with the assistance of Google Documents, rather than on our own Microsoft Word documents, I think we accomplished a more effective communication in our writing because we could see what each other was writing and editing. As a result, I was able to help in adding and revising information in the introduction and background portions of the proposal paper because I could easily see what Alicia had already stated or not stated yet, and vise versa. By completing the assignment sections, like the background section, through Google Documents, we were able to get assignments done in a timely manner since we could work on the assignment even if our schedules did not allow us to meet. Even though there were times we could not meet due to our schedules, Google Documents allowed us to not waste our time by repeating information already discussed within each other’s
