Whenever Poseidon set several traps and Odysseus lands on Circe’s island, he stays for what he thought was 5 days. But in total it was actually 5 years. And in that time, he had slept with her. But really wanted to go home so he went to her to find out how to get back to Ithica. And to do so he would have to go to the underworld and see someone that can tell him how to get back. And after the underworld he would fall almost to his death, he was the only survivor
