One Stop Argument
On Tuesday, December 20, 2016, at 2104 hours Patrolman David Stamets and your Affiant, I Patrolman Joshua Pastucka were dispatched to the One Stop, 33 N. Main St. for an assault. Schuylkill County Communications (County)advised there was an unconscious female who was struck in the head with a bottle. County advised the actors were Bryce Beaver and Leah Clark, who had fled the area on foot.

Officers arrived on the scene, the victim Julie Allen was inside the One Stop. Stamets spoke with Allen while I spoke with witnesses, Brian O'Connell Jaleesa Ortiz. O'Connell stated Allen had walked out of the One Stop and Beaver and Clark had followed Allen out. O'Connell stated as Allen was walking away Beaver struck Allen in the back of the head with a glass bottle, the glass bottle had smashed when Beaver struck Allen with it. O'Connell stated after Allen was struck with the bottle she went unconscious and immediately fell down to the ground on the sidewalk. O'Connell stated Beaver and Clark both began striking Allen while she was unconscious on the sidewalk. O'Connell stated he said something to Beaver and Clark, that is when they ran off.

Ortiz stated when Allen left Beaver and Clark followed her. Ortiz stated Beaver struck Allen with a bottle, then Beaver and Clark began to strike Allen while she was unconscious on the sidewalk.

I observed on the sidewalk a shattered glass bottle of a Hurricane. Allen was transported to the hospital by the ambulance to be treated for her
