Organic Fair Trade Research Paper
I enjoy a cup of organic fair trade coffee in the mornings. I have done this for a few months now.

After I drink a big glass of water, I follow-up with the best organic coffee.

For now, it has replaced my morning cup of green tea.

Studies on caffeine continue and as each one comes to light, drinking coffee is no longer the dreaded bearer of health problems.

For years, I didn't drink coffee I avoided the caffeine. Because I like to keep my body clean and mean and I was under the impression the caffeine leached calcium from bones.

However, I now know this is not the case. If you are healthy, one or two cups of coffee a day will not interfere with the bodies balance of calcium.

If you are looking for fewer calories, drink it black with no milk or sugar.

Why fair trade? I like to feel I am doing my bit when it comes to helping support others and protecting this beautiful planet of ours.

Fair trade means the farmers, the land, and the food is looked after.

Drinking organic fair trade coffee you are respecting your body and the planet. All the people involved in bringing it to you, get your respect as well.

The best organic coffee for me is first fair trade, and secondly, I know it doesn't contain toxins, synthetic fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides.

I am sure something healthy goes into my body and I get no nasty chemicals.

With this in mind, you can drink one or two cups a day and feel good about it.

Conventional coffee is massively treated with chemicals. According to data, it is one of the most chemically treated in the world.
