There is no doubt, that, 21st Century is banging a BOOM scenario with lot of organizations, factories of various industries and institutions, and they are growing at terrific speed and create a lot of implications. Now it is a freelance approach for achievers, that, any body can become entrepreneur by creating his own domain of institutions, industries, organizations etc., and may run the same as per the policies and principles laid by her \ him.
But here the attempt made to bring a few comparisons and distinguish between the organization and institution. This is an input for dynamic entrepreneurs to plan their organization \ institution and evolve them for prosperity of self and strive for the prosperity of globe “ at large “.
ORGANISATION
An organization consists of 6 interacting sub–systems and they are Structure, Technology, People, Socio-Politico–Economy, Environment and Task. In such systems changes can be inducted into the organization and it can be developed to achieve its goals in the best possible manner.
But before that, an entrepreneur needs the Vision and to decide about a Mission, pronounce his innovative \ creative policies and set them rolling. This has to be done with a long – term fore sight. He should be able to visualize future generations ahead set out his Vision and spell it out clearly with specific goals and stand as a leader and motivate her \ his people to shoulder his vision by converting them into action plans. They have to go deep, exploring the feasibility and collect adequate data, compound it to come to a decision.
