Organizational Behaviour
In understanding the context of Organizational behavior, we first have to know in detail the ‘What is Organizational Behavior’. Organizational behavior brings up to the attitudes and behavior of the individuals in an organization. On the other hand, it is also a inter-disciplinary field of study that draws from many of the behavioral sciences. Practically, the goal of organizational behavior is to apply the concepts from the other behavioral sciences to persistent complications that management may be facing, as well as in applying the organizational behavior to the administrative theory and practices. Certainly, organizational studies comprise the study of organizations from the multiple perspectives, methods, and levels of analysis. Organizational behavior can be divided into two, which is the Micro and Macro. The "Micro" organizational behavior talks about more to individual and group dynamics in organizations. And the "Macro" represents strategic management and organizational theory studies for the whole organizations and industries, especially on how they adapt, and the strategies, structures, and contingencies that easily guide them.

CONTRIBUTION FIELDS TO THE ORGANISATIONAL BEHAVIOR
It is also an applied behavioral science that built on contributions from a number of behavioral disciplines. In addition on that, the disciplines that shed light on Organizational Behavior are the psychology, sociology, social psychology, anthropology, and also the political science. Firstly, psychology’s contributions have been primarily at an individual or the micro level of analysis. Furthermore, the Psychology is the science that looks for to measure, give details and sometimes change the behavior of humans and other animals. Those people who have already contributed and endure to add to the knowledge of organizational behavior are also learning the theorists, personality theorists, counseling psychologists and furthermost important, industrial and organizational

    Thanks to consistent growth of economy and multidomestic exchange, the logistics industry has been witnessing buoyant growth and will continue this growth momentum in years to come (Rajaram, 2011). The demand for logistics services in China has been largely fueled by consistent growth of economy, and key industries such as automotive, engineering, pharmaceuticals and food processing. Similarly, individuals’ demand for logistics service has been also dramatically increased because of the convenience provided by modern technology such as online shopping. As a result, express companies were founded and promptly expanded to fulfill the customers’ demands for a rapid, efficient and secure shipping service. In China, there are currently more than 1,000 registered express companies operating and offering logistics services to either individuals or organizations. However, it is true that various problems are existing within those companies, which lead to significantly negative impacts on organizational effectiveness and relationship with clients. This report will focus on one representative express company in China, which is called Shentong Express and investigate the company’s problems and underlying causes behind them.
