INTRODUCTION MBA 731 – Organization Behaviour and Theory is a semester course work of three credit hours. It is available to all students taking the MBA programme in the school of Business and Human Resources Management. The course consists of 15 units which cover the concept and theory of organization behaviour. COURSE CONTENT The course content consists of principles and practices of in organization as well as the concepts, scope and contributors to the study of organization behaviour and human relations. COURSE AIMS The aim of this course is to expose you to the concept and practices of organization behaviour.
