EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This proposal analyzes the unsuccessful team work in the newly-organized marketing department staff of Jan and John Smith Company, indentifies the causes of the ineffective employee’s team work and provides recommendations how to build an effective team and organize successful decision-making discussions.
Importance of Team Work Improvements
The company has lost about $100,000 after hiring the seven new marketing department employees and starting the marketing actions designed by them. These actions have been unsuccessful. To improve the company’s financial state and provide future successful work of the marketing department it is necessary to organize effective team work in this department.
Causes of Ineffective Team Work
According to observations the research analyzes the low-effective teamwork of the employees and reveals the following causes of it: * low level of corporate culture * poor-organized teambuilding system in the department
