Introduction: Life is full of complications like the way you view yourself but that is not the only problem in the world but that can be a contributing factor because of one issue like childhood obesity. Childhood obesity is a rising in the United States.

Subtitle 1: What is Childhood Obesity? Childhood obesity is a raising issue in the United States but not just in young children. It is also affecting children of all ages. Meanwhile obesity is a growing health issue that some children cannot overcome. Obesity starts off slow then it begins to take over your life like a drug but not just your human life , your sanity as well. Childhood obesity has many drawbacks but not just childhood obesity but obesity in general. For Example the health issues are endless and life threatening. The issues can affect you mentally and physically. The problems can be the way you view yourself . Heart attacks can be caused or even diabetes. Its harder to lose the weight than it is to gain the weight. Children that are over weight its harder for them to find clothes to fit or be active with the other children .

Subtitle 3: How we prevent childhood obesity ? There is so many children on the US are obese but there is many ways to prevent the US. For example change the way you eat. Most children like to play video games and do not go outside, should go outside and play more . Children need to have a better diet and live healthier lives. This all depends on the way the parents raise their children too.

Subtitle 4: What is a healthy diet?
The healthy diet is dependent on the parents . The parents shouldn't let their children always eat unhealthy snacks . It can be healthy and good for example like fruit . Do not let your children overeat or go out to eat a lot. Many children have a habit of overeating or
