writer. Problems come from all over, especially in politics. For example, Susan B. Anthony was a woman who fought for women’s suffrage. She became involved in this because she noticed that she was treated unfairly by men. Consequently, a lot of disadvantages came her way. She was laughed at because women were weak and shouldn’t have the right to fight for equality. Ignoring the criticism and the false hope everyone had on her Antony protested and started a Women’s right movement in 1852. Effectively, she did not lose hope she believed that justice would come her way. As a result, in 1900 she persuaded a University to let women admit. Although she did not do much, her protesting helped us women gain more rights and not be as unequal as we were before. Although overcoming obstacles mostly lead to success, that is not always the case.
For example, my parents have never been the wealthiest parents, they defeated a lot of obstacles in order for me and my siblings to have a better life. Consequently, not both have a steady job as they planed. My father went from a waiter to a licensed life insurance employee. On the other hand, my mother didn't do much although she made great efforts to achieve her goals she settled as a stay at home mom. She overcame a variety of obstacles ,but she did not reach her point of success she wanted to reach. This proves that not all the time success is waiting at the end of stress and disadvantages put in your way. As a result, she is not unhappy she appreciates what has been given to her however she forever desire to know what it might have been
like. In conclusion, obstacles are put in our way in order for us to push harder for the goal. As far as I am concerned, people can benefit from the obstacles they encounter. Obstacles give us valuable experience and push us to achieve greatness. Though obstacles adversely affect our lives contemporarily, they actually bring us benefit in the future.
