Physical abuse-
This is a non-accidental force, which is often used on vulnerable adults, which results in bodily injury, pain, or impairment of the body. This includes, but is not limited to, being slapped, burned, cut, bruised or improperly physically restrained due to perhaps not following instructions. The signs and symptoms which people can recognize physical abuse is series of unexplained falls or major injuries. Within the act it states who is able to make the decisions for them and it also allows people to people to plan ahead if one day in the future they would lose the mental capacity to make decisions for themselves. The people who are able to make their decisions on their behalf are family, doctors and social workers.
