All of these are reflected in Zebra’s new Paid Time Off (PTO) program, which I’m pleased to introduce to you today. The updated program becomes effective January 1, 2016, and is the result of our work to harmonize the different time-off programs we had through the acquisition.

Beyond the accrued PTO shown in the above chart, you can enjoy additional paid days off per year. These dates are in addition to the PTO program, but I wanted to take this opportunity to remind you about them.
• 10 company holidays, including 2 floating holidays in 2016 to use at your discretion (with manager approval)
• 4 community service days for you to give back to your community—without having to use accrued PTO (with manager approval)
