James is high-spirited 27 year old Asian man, born and raised in Philadelphia. He graduated college in Philadelphia 2011 with telecommunication degree. After graduation moved to NJ and works as an online content developer at a German car company us head quarter. He loves his current job and he is expected to get promoted within 3 years as a manager at his current job. He is currently residing in NJ with his family.
Occupational Status
The client indicates strong interests in sports, outdoor leisure activities. He told he has been swimming for 5 years old, played water polo, track during high school years. After moving to NY metro area, he joined New York City social running club and he runs 5 miles every Saturday morning. He enjoys

Potential Treatment Plan
Per client presents the importance and meaningfulness of the running every weekend and being care-giver to his mother, therapist should address goal of time management and pain management to allow him to continue his desire. Client can successfully manage time by improving organizing skills, prioritize and sequencing. The client can successfully perform pain management by improving muscle power, muscle tone, Joint mobility and bend or reach.
The therapist recommends clients to work on organizing schedules, having the habit of prioritizing tasks, and keeping monthly and weekly calendar by order of convenience in travel range and time to improve time management. Therapist recommends the client to focus on exercise on lower back muscles to improve muscle power to support weakness of lower vertebrae support. As well as, increase joint mobility and muscle tone from stretching activities such as yoga to be a benefit of bending, reaching or moving with reduced
