The president or the Chief of State chosen for a 5-year term by an electoral college. Head of Government or known as prime minister selected by National Assembly for a 4-year term. Pakistan is one of the major countries in the international community significantly. This happen after the accident of September 11, 2001. For the economic conditions in Pakistan, the World Bank considers Pakistan is a low-income country. Persistent poverty and unequal income distribution has caused by the low levels of spending in the social services and high population growth. Other than that, year-over-year consumer price inflation averaged 13.6% in 2009.
In order to solve the economic and political difficulties, Pakistan has received significant loan or grant assistance from international financial institutions. Those international financial institutions are IMF, the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank. Recently, Pakistan remains dependent on IMF and other international assistance for budgetary support and to keep the country more or less solvent. Cotton textile production and apparel manufacturing are the major industries in Pakistan. Pakistan's search for additional foreign direct investment has been hampered by concerns about the security situation, domestic and regional political uncertainties, and questions about judicial transparency. Pakistan also noticed as high trade deficit. This is because of weak world demand for its exports and domestic political uncertainty. In 2009, the country’s major import fell to $28.4 billion. The ongoing energy crisis and security concerns, together with a decline in global demand, have hampered Pakistan’s textile-reliant export base. For me, with the uncertainty of the Pakistan’s economic and political conditions it is a bad move to exporting our products to Pakistan. It will cost us a lot in every condition.
