Leo Elliot vowed to keep Davis Islands with an innovative style called “Mediterranean Revival” throughout the islands.] The Palace of Florence Apartments’ beautiful castle resemblance with its’ yellow bricked walls, U-shaped building configuration, and fortress comparable lookout towers overlooking the surrounding area definitely make it one of the most noticeable buildings. Even though it is a brilliant architectural building and has historic richness, it appears to take credit for its design as a new idea.
